Burrr.io — Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the browser game Burrr.io (https://burrr.io),
provided by Yatoday, S.L., whose identification details are in the Legal Notice
(https://yatoday.es/en/legal/notice/). By playing you accept these terms; if you
do not agree with them, do not play. How we process your data is explained in
the game's Privacy Policy: https://burrr.io/privacy.txt

1. THE GAME

Burrr.io is a free multiplayer game played in the browser, with no registration:
opening it automatically creates a guest account tied to your browser.

The game is provided as is. We do our best to keep it running well, but we do
not guarantee that it will always be available, that it is free of bugs, or that
a match or your progress will be kept: a fault, maintenance or the loss of your
browser's data may interrupt a match or make the account unreachable. To the
extent the law allows, we are not liable for such losses.

2. YOUR NICKNAME

Other players see your nickname. You may not use as a nickname:

- insults, obscenities or content that incites hatred or violence;
- the name of another person, of a well-known player or of our team, pretending
  to be them;
- personal data of yours or of others (full name, phone number, address, social
  media accounts);
- advertising or links.

We may change a nickname that breaks these rules, reset the account or block it.

3. FAIR PLAY

You may not:

- use cheats, programs or extensions that modify the game or give you an
  advantage;
- play with bots, scripts or any other form of automation;
- exploit bugs in the game instead of reporting them to us;
- attack or overload the server, or try to access it or other accounts without
  permission.

If we detect such conduct we may reset the account's progress, block it or deny
access, without prior notice where that is needed to protect the game and the
other players.

4. COINS AND PROGRESS

Coins and other in-game items (arsenal, ranks, medals, achievements) have no
money value, are not bought with money, are not your property, and cannot be
exchanged, sold or transferred to anyone else.

To keep the game balanced we may change its rules and values and, where
necessary, adjust or reset the progress of all or some players.

5. MINIMUM AGE

You must be at least 14 years old to play, or have the consent of your parent or
guardian.

6. CHANGES AND END OF THE SERVICE

We may change these terms; the version in force is always the one published at
this address, with the date shown at the top. We may also change the game or
stop offering it.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND CONTACT

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any rights the law
of your country of residence gives you as a consumer. For any question or
complaint, or to report a bug, write to dev@yatoday.es.

8. LANGUAGE OF THIS DOCUMENT

This document is published in Spanish, English and Russian. The Spanish version
(https://burrr.io/terms.es.txt) is the only prevailing version; the English and
Russian versions are translations and, in the event of any discrepancy, the
Spanish text prevails.
